What is Resistance Heating?
Resistance heating uses direct contact and heat radiation to heat up the metal to any temperature up to 1200°c. Our flexible ceramic elements can be used on all types of metal. All of our machines are easy to moved across site, Mainly our machines are 50kVa but we also do provide 70 kVa units for the bigger jobs. With one machine we can control 6 thermocouples for preheat and post weld.

Inverters
This practical hand held machine is extremely useful for fast service applications or in places with difficult access. With this machine you can perform Pre-heat and PWHT. The inverter weighs 17kg. Which makes it a fantastic little device for the smaller low costing jobs.
